These pepparkakor are made in a family patisserie in the south of Sweden. Gingerbread is a traditional Swedish biscuit which you eat on special occasions, e.g. for Christmas. The gingerbread recipe is a well protected secret, ever since 1924. The pepparkakor are packed by hand in nice iron tins that keeps the biscuits dry. These containers may, of course, be reused. 100 biscuits in a round iron tin.
